With the mature of the concept of tourism, the popularity of the informationnetwork, the development of modern transportation technology and the perfection ofthe transport, the "FIT" trend becomes more significant, and the individual touristsgradually become the main force in the tourism market. Tourist center as a new modeof the tourism operation, presents tremendous development potential in emergingindividual travel market. The rapid development of the tourist center requires thecooperation and coordination of travel suppliers, especially in the conditions ofindividual demand for personalized, customized. The tourist center establishes a goodinteraction and cooperative relations with travel suppliers to achieve collaborativedevelopment and the innovation of the tourism product.Firstly, introduces research background, the theoretical and practical significanceof this study, and reviews the related research of the tourist center, collaborativeinnovation and tourism collaborative innovation on the basis of the search of therelevant study. Secondly, analyzes the characteristics, the powers and influencefactors and the achieving path to collaborative innovation of the tourist center and itssuppliers, to addressing the problems of what is the collaborative innovation of touristcenter and its suppliers,why do tourism center and its suppliers need toimplement collaborative innovation, how to implement the collaborative innovationand how to judge the collaborative innovation. Thirdly, introduces Jinan tourist centerand its suppliers, analyzes the two cases of the collaborative innovation of Jinantourist center and its suppliers, and summarizes the problems existing in thedevelopment of the tourist center in Jinan and solutions to the problems. Finally,summarizes the conclusions and shortages of the research, and indicates the directionto future research.The article on collaborative innovation research in the tourist center and suppliers,not only extends the applications range of synergy theory and collaborativeinnovation theory and riches the research of tourist center, but also has greatsignificance to meet individual needs of travel, to guide the development of thetourism center, to regulate the individual travel market, to stable supply relationshipof the tourist center and its suppliers, and to promote the innovation of the productsand services.
