Further Development Of Nan Daihe International Entertainment Center Based On Tourist Satisfaction

This paper first introduced the theory of further development of a theme park, and summarized the basic theories and measurement of tourist satisfaction. Basing on the former experiences, an integrated hazy multilayer model was developed and testified in Southern Daihe International Amusement Center and some further development policy was given.First, summarize the related theories of tourist satisfaction, analyze the concept and characteristic of tourist satisfaction, discuss some tourist satisfaction theories such as expectation-disagreement model, and then expatiate theories as the lifecycle of theme parks and so on.Second, establish the tourist satisfaction measurement system by comparing the common measurements such as integrated measurement, multilayer measurement, main component measurement. And then introduce the counting process.Then, scheme out the questionnaire on integrated hazy multilayer mordel and put them into practice inside Southern Daihe International Amusement Center, and analyze the data with the integrated hazy multilayer model.Last, aim at the issues revealed in Southern Daihe International Amusement Center and bring up further development policies, mainly including upgrade of tourist product, perfection of service establishment and so on.
