With the competition among real estate enterprises in China is becomingincreasingly fierce and the decrease of real estate industry average profits rate, largereal estate enterprises began to explore the integration mode of operation to solve theseries of problems in the process of enterprise expansion bloated,such as managementefficiency decrease, cost increase, the enterprise resources not to rational use.At thesame time, the integration of marketing can integrate enterprise resources, optimize theallocation of resources, so the real estate enterprises integrated operation can improvethe effect of implementation of integrated marketing.The paper analysed integrated content marketing model of real estatedevelopment enterprise, so we concluded the necessity of implementing integratedmarketing mode of real estate development enterprise,and definited the content andthe principle of implementing integrated marketing mode of real estate developmententerprise; Secondly,analyzed the connotation of the integrated marketing mode forintegrated operation of real estate enterprise,concluded the advantage of the integratedoperation of the real estate enterpise integrated marketing.And studied the integratedoperation of the real estate enterprises to promote the implementation of integratedmarketing effect from the management and the process;Then analysis the factorsinfluenced performance in the integrated operation of the real estate enterpriseconformity marketing,constructs it’s evaluation index,realizes the quantization processabout integration marketing effect;.Finaly for the integrated operation ZY realenterprises an example, we evaluated the implementation of the intrgrated marketing,concluded that integrated operation can improve the effect of the implementation of the real estate enterprise integrated marketing.Finally the paper summarized the mainachievements and shortcomings.Papers explored the implementation of integrated marketing on integratedoperation of real estate enterprise, not only enrich the theory of integrated marketing,can also be for the integrated operation of real estate enterprises to offer reference forthe implementation of integrated marketing.
