Study On Rural Construction Land Remediation Potential And Optimization Mode In The County Of Lintan

Rural construction land remediation plays an important role in optimizing the layout of rural settlements, improving rural living environment and realizing the balance of arable land, which is an inevitable choice to promote the rapid economic and social development, to address the issue of agriculture and rural farmers and to promote the county clocked into a well-off society in an all-round way. This paper used the qualitative and quantitative research methods to study the construction land remediation potential and optimization mode in farming-pastoral zone rural and took an example for Lintan County in Gansu Province. Land remediation to optimize land use structure and improve the function of the rural landscape increasingly prominent. However, rural construction land remediation mode by the impact from the regional natural conditions and socio-economic development conditions and farmers willingness, therefore, on the basis of analysis of rural construction land use status quo, quantitative estimates remediation potential and potential distribution situation is rural construction land remediation the basis, which shall be based on the region’s inherent culture, geography and other characteristics selected in accordance with, the use of rural residential rehabilitation patterns matching the focus and goal of the entire rural construction land remediation.This paper selected in the farming-pastoral zone area Lintan, for example, the integrated use of qualitative and quantitative methods to the county rural residential remediation potential to do a quantitative analysis using GIS platform analysis of the geographic conditions of the administrative villages, and then raised with them adapt the rectification mode, and the remediation of priority diagnosis, to provide a scientific basis for the scientific and rational preparation of land remediation planning, to provide a realistic basis for the promotion of land resource intensive and economical use, and promote social, economic, environmental harmony and sustainable development.The study results were as follows:1.Problematic the Lintan rural construction land use, the presence of settlements dispersed, extensive land, a serious waste of land, the greater mobility of rural settlements in pastoral areas, abandoned, idle unauthorized construction serious problem. Rural construction land remediation by the current land use and rural construction land remediation standards and social and natural and economic conditions and other factors.2. Lintan rural construction land lower overall degree of intensive use, which the town of Chngguan and Zhuoluo Township Land Use Intensity comprehensive evaluation value is relatively high, but less than0.7, most of the comprehensive evaluation value between0.45and0.6, Wang Qi Township comprehensive evaluation value to a minimum, only0.28. Overall, the the Lintan rural residential land intensive use level is not high, most of the villages and towns in low use or moderate use of state.3. Construction land per capita standard method to estimate the potential of rural construction land remediation status quo, the planning potential theoretical potential, taking into account the social, economic and natural conditions on the basis of estimates of the potential can be realized. By measuring the potential of the county rural construction land remediation of718.06hectares, but the realization of the potential of361.49hectares, Wang Qi Township greatest potential for68.52hectares; Chang Chuan Xiang minimum of2.52hectares.4.Through the analysis of distance between Rural settlements and river, the town, the main road and terrain slope factors, conclusions of this paper were as follows:the Central settlements were better than the eastern and western settlements in the geographic condition, Chengguan township, Bajiao township, Wangqi township, Liushun township, Yeliguan towns, shop Township and so on was overall better; the next was Sancha Township, sheep Wing Township,long Chuan Xiang, the ancient urban and rural areas, Shimen Township settlements followed by regional advantages, Zhuoluo Township, Shubu Township, new towns,Yangsha County and Tao Bin Township location geographic conditions was the overall worst; there was a big difference in the administrative villages residential, and the scattered settlements were far worse than the concentrated settlements in geographic conditions.5. The results of the analysis, based on the location of rural settlements, come to five rural settlements remediation types, namely:type of ecological migration, type of urban transformed, type of village relocation and point, type of the internal potential, and type of retain the original appearance.6. The paper made the conclusion through Integrating the rural construction land remediation potential, the remediation type, the remediation priority and so on, which was good for the regional rural construction land remediation optimization mode, namely, the rural construction land remediation mode ecologically in fragile areas, the remediation mode of urban transformed, the mode of agriculture and animal husbandry development and new rural construction mode.
