However, with the economic development and theadjustment and reform of China’s banking industry, the China AgriculturalDevelopment Bank is facing a relatively deep reform before the reform. AgriculturalDevelopment Bank of China is a profit organization by nature, but they belong to thebank, which needs to have a certain degree of operational performance, so, there issuch a double identity during its development and reform contradict.Based on the theory of business process reengineering and enterprise businessprocess reengineering processes, as Xiangcheng County Branch an example, theAgricultural Development Bank of China business is be reengineered.
