The Study On The Development Of Urban-rural Integration In The Anding District Of Dingxi City

At present,China has been in a new stage of promoting agriculture by industry and thecountryside by cities,has been in a critical moment of speeding up the transformation oftraditional agriculture and walking down the agricultural modernization road,and has enteredan important period of breaking the binary structure of urban and rural in order to form newpattern of the economic and social development integration of the country and city.In2012,central economic work conference was held in Beijing from December15thto16th,theidea,actively yet prudently advance urbanization, strive to improve the quality ofurbanization,was given on this meeting.Therefore, eliminating the gap between urban andrural areas to realize the integration of urban and rural areas,is still an important task atpresent and future period.Due to the vast area in our country, there are differences around the natural conditions,economic base, cultural tradition,etc.Although governments at all levels has determined thedirection of the integration of urban and rural areas on the policy guidance, the urban andrural integration mode in accord with the actual situation of all parts of China is still inexploration. Especially in western poor areas, because of the weak economic foundation,weak industrial development, backward agricultural production mode, how to realize theurban-rural integration that is fit for the local has become a major task.As a typical representative of poverty and backwardness in the west,study of theurban-rural integration for Anding District of Dingxi City is of great realistic guidingsignificance. Studying and arranging the basic theory of urban-rural integration,this paperestablish the basic theoretical ramework at first.secondly,after having concluded the basicconditions of urban-rural integration of Anding District of Dingxi City,the paper design aevaluation model to measure this area,and then learn the local situation of urban-ruralintegration systematically on the base of the data from the mode. Finally, explore somemethods and ways to promote urban-rural integration of Anding District of Dingxi City at theoperational level.
