The Application Research Of Clustering Analysis On Mining Industry Administration In China

With the widely application of information technology in the field of miningindustry administration, the information provided for administration decision makers isbecoming richer and richer. Against this background, the mining industry administrationand research field has already been used the data mining technology in the1980s.Especially clustering analysis technology, can not only act as the advanced stage of datapretreatment, but also directly conduct the advanced information processing application.But with the increasingly development of mining industry, the data of mining industryadministration is increasing largely. Due to the difference of data source and collectionmethods, the distribution patterns of original data are usually diverse before clusteringanalysis, which increases the difficulty of realizing the value of clustering analysistechnology in the field of mining industry administration. The practical research, based on the deeply analysison the whole present situation of Chinese mining industry administration, combiningwith mining industry sustainable development theory and system principle, constructingthe comprehensive evaluation index system of Chinese mining industry administration, choosing thirty-one provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under thecentral governament of China as the main research object, combining the evaluationresults of the factor analysis and combination clustering analysis evaluation model,summarizing the evaluation conclusion of all regions.Finally, through better combining theoretic and practical research, we could notonly prove the rationality of combination clustering analysis evaluation model and theapplication value of clustering analysis optimizing process for providing the referenceand assistance of the clustering application in the other administration field, but alsoprovide the rational decision information and advise for mining industry administrationin China. Mainly including as following: making sure the main laying emphasis ofmining industry administration and regional division in thirty-one provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central governament of China;accoding to the development advantage of different areas, establishing the perfectspecial fund of mining industry development for ensuring the development andimprovement of the mining industry innovation technology; increasing the efficient ofmining industry investment, laying down the feasible assessment standard; laying outthe special reserve project of mining industry technology talents for taking advantage ofinformation technology, especially the application value of data mining in the field ofmining industry administration, achieving the important guiding significance of miningindustry sustainable development.
