Employees’help-seeking is defined as an interpersonal process involving the solicitation of the emotional or instrumental assistance of a work-based colleague (i.e., peer, supervisor or subordinate) to manage some problem either at or outside of work. We need to be concerned about workplace help-seeking behavior which can predict employee performance.Currently, domestic help-seeking behavior researches are focused on the two areas of the students’education and mental health, the workplace help-seeking behavior is not very rich, particularly lacks of empirical research. This paper uses questionnaires and interviews, to study the impact of employees’trust in leadership to its help-seeking behavior, and discusses the impact of employees’psychological capital and power distance to this process.Based on the theories of leader-member exchange, help-seeking behavior, trust in leadership, psychological capital and power distance, we use exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis to revise the questionnaires.Then we use Independent-Sample t test and One-Way ANOVA, regression and correlation to analyze the relationship among Psycap, trust in leadership and help-seeking behaviour, and discuss the impact of power distance to employees’help-seeking behaviour. This research selects303organization employees as the object of the paper, by the methods of interviews and questionnaires, we find that trust in leadership of employees have significant influence on their help-seeking behaviour. And psychological capital moderates between trust in leadership and help-seeking behavior, power distance was moderating the relationship between trust in leadership and help-seeking behavior.
