Domestic insurance market is getting more and more open to the outside world afterChina’s accession to the WTO. Insurance industry which could increase more30%eachyear has become one of the fastest growing industries in our nation. A Life InsuranceCompany now is facing series of problems in the management, which are the majorimpediment to the development of the company.A life insurance company now has formed a set of management system by imitatingPING AN Life Insurance’s preservation mode, which made A life insurance company welldeveloped recent years. But imitating also brought some problems to A company, whichcan be the main blocks to A company’s development. First, the thesis introduced thebackground, significance and the frame of the subject, and then analyzed the reasons forthe rapid growth of insurance marketing from economic environment, population and thesocial security system, risk environment and policy environment. Second, the thesispresented A life insurance company’s basic information by using Shandong branchcompany as an example, analyzing the company’s condition from the structure ofinsurance agents, organization structure of marketing, agents turnover, training, activitymanagement, incentive mechanism and preservation situation. Third, the thesis describedthe current problems of A life insurance company and analyzed the main reasons whichcan be concluded as personnel quality decline of agents, lower capacity, higher expulsionrate, higher costs and risk, honesty crisis and so on. At the end of the thesis, a series ofmeasures for these problems were established, which including agents selection,improvement of agents’ quality, enhancing employee training and daily management,increasing training allowance and responsibility base salary, agent system to staff membersystem. The thesis has guiding significance for A Life Insurance Company’s improvementand development.
