Firstly, the research background hasbeen introduced, including the analysis of cause of equipment maintenance outsourcingdevelopment, the research status of communications equipment maintenance outsourcing,and introduction of communications equipment outsourcing business implementation ofGuangdong Network Project Department which belongs to Zhejiang Posts and Telecommunications Engineering Construction Co., Ltd as a service business provider.Then, strategy of communication operation and management of equipment maintenanceoutsourcing has been proposed from the angle of communication equipment maker andservice provider of China by analysis and study of communications equipmentmaintenance outsourcing operation of China, which can promote the socialcommunication equipment maintenance outsourcing management and market-orientedprocess of China.
