Many works in the field of performance appraisal are the foundations in humanresources management system, also a weak aspect of the toughest. In order to implemententerprise management, the performance evaluation as a basic management work shouldnot be neglected. Establishment and function a complete set of scientific and logicalperformance appraisal system could guarantee all the followings: To inspire the staff todevelop individual potential and work passion to maximum, To initiate the staff performexcellently and efficiently, To make the strategic target of the enterprise come true, Toenhance the enterprise develop rapidly and successfully.Here take the performance appraisal result for network Maintenance workers fromCM Correspondence company for example, the author pointed out that there exists lotsof questions through deep penetration. Combining theory with practice and referringprevious experiences and successful practices of performance appraisal, establish amulti-dimensional evaluation system more logical and effective; moreover explain howto build up the feedback&function mechanism and insurances mechanism of operationalprogram. According to the business characteristics and management requirements,improve the whole index assessment weights of employees from different levels andpositions, to make sure that the actual performance appraisal is accurately reflected andconstantly promoted.
