The expansion of enterprise scale and relative to the enterprise management performance evaluation will inevitably have some defects, but in order to increase the enterprise staff enthusiasm for the nature of the work, to stimulate the enthusiasm of the employees for their potential to play to the extreme, to perfect the performance assessment has a very important significance, enterprise management should according to the above content the core foundation, the establishment of a more reasonable performance appraisal system through the improvement of human resource management, allow enterprises to create more favorable performance, let the enterprise and employees to achieve common progress and development, realize the goal of enterprise development to promote the development of the construction industry.This paper through to the Unicom H branch network maintenance department performance evaluation as the main research content, according to the example to analyze the shortcomings of H performance evaluation system in the management of human resources. According to the related theory of performance appraisal, combined with the actual case, and referring to the domestic and foreign relevant experience in performance assessment, to improve the H company’s performance evaluation, the establishment of a more reasonable performance appraisal system, strengthen the management of the company’s job function analysis, and promote the function of enterprise management, can greatly promote the development of network maintenance work, for the Department staffs routine duties, to provide a high degree of performance evaluation indicators, can effectively improve the performance evaluation work of the staff, to carry out and implement the work of the company, also can be engaged in network maintenance staff to participate in specific work enthusiasm and ultimately to promote business performance level, promote the enterprise employee performance improvement.
