Employees are most important assert for an enterprise, which the concept has beenaccepted by more and more managers nowadays together with continuous development ofmodem enterprise management. The only way to stimulate the enthusiasm is to let theemployee to realize their value, and it will be possible to achieve development then, forboth enterprise and employees. Employee satisfaction can’t be ignored to enterprisedevelopment, unless a substantial improvement for employee satisfaction, that staff isable to create more value. For service outsourcing industry, the mainly business is toserve professional IT and services, human resources, financial accounting, logistics andother business processes or services for customers. People works in service outsourcing isthe key conditions to establish and enhance the core competitive advantage, and also isthe key source of competitive advantage service outsourcing enterprises involved servicecapabilities, service performance and customer satisfaction. Improve the satisfaction ofservice outsourcing practitioners, and ultimately will lead the enhancement of customersatisfaction.People who work for service outsourcing normally needs good educationbackground, not only well relevant knowledge, skills and experience, but also goodliteracy and service skills. So, here come two important questions for human resourcesmanagement in service outsourcing enterprise, how to improve staff satisfaction in thoseenterprise? And what are the key factors affecting the employee satisfaction in serviceoutsourcing enterprises? This paper takes the Company S as a study case. Research theemployee satisfaction in service outsourcing enterprises. Beginning with an overview ofservice outsourcing, analyzed demand characteristics and satisfaction effect factors forstaff in service outsourcing industry. Then followed by the study of company S’s businessmode and human resource management status, survey the employee satisfaction andstatistical analysis, according to analysis results, the study of the key factors that affectemployee satisfaction. The results the employees in company S are quite satisfied withworking environment, employee relations, compensation benefits and training, while hasconcern with company policy, staff KPI management and career development. Based onstatistical analysis in the paper, development goal and staff characteristics in company S,author recommends strategies to enhance employee satisfaction for company S, andconclude the study and propose.
