The competitiveness of enterprises is the talent competition, especially state-ownedenterprises become more prominent mid-level leadership. State-owned enterprises forscientific mid-level leadership for the enterprise performance management not onlyprovide great support to achieve strategic objectives, but also improve the overallperformance level of state-owned enterprises, to the fierce competition in the marketleading position.
