Tourism is the current hot industry,it has the feature of high relevant and strongconnection. With the continuous development and the expansion of domestic tourism,more and more tourist attractions enterprises attractions walk toward the road of listed.Therefore, the importance of the capital operation mode for listed tourist attractionsenterprises have gradually emerged. Capital operation mode is a complete method ofcapital operation,and its purpose is to operate through a series of capital means toimprove the company’s overall scale and operational efficiency, increase the value ofcapital and enhance market competitiveness.Although China’s capital market has matured, but as China’s capital market’srecruits, most of the scenic capital of listed companies still have errors to understandthe business model and the use of understanding for the business model, lack ofexperience. Coupled with relatively limited domestic scholars scenic capital foroperations research enterprises, and therefore draw on experience or theory is alsorare. The capital operation model research of scenic enterprises of domestic scholarsis relatively limited，and therefore draw on experience or theory is also rare.This paper summarized study abroad capital operation mode based on the theoryof major domestic capital operation modes are summarized，due to the special natureof the scenic industry listed companies，there are big difference between scenic listedcompanies business model and presence of the capital with the ordinary mode。Therefore, this class of listed companies on the scenic capital currently widely usedmode of operation carried out detailed analysis and evaluation, and emphasizes theapplicability of different modes；and use Lijiang Yulong Co., Ltd as a case study inthis paper，study Lijiang Yulong Co., Ltd for existing business model for a detailedanalysis and evaluation，and give the results of the company’s existing model pros andcons， then gives specific measures forLijiang to improve the capital operation mode。For many already on the market or upcoming scenic class companies, capitaloperation mode is still a new term，in the practical application of enterprises in theprocess，there are still many problems and misunderstandings，this paper summarizesthe main issues of domestic listed companies currently scenic presence in the processof applying capital operation mode, and proposes optimization recommendations.This article is intended to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of various capital andoperating model applicability, we hope in the future to select the development process of China’sscenic capital operation modes listed companies to provide some suggestions.
