Industrial transfer has become the major trend of world economic development.Today, with economic growth of the eastern coastal areas, many issues have occurredsuch as the rise of factor prices and production costs, the increase of contradicts of theshortage of raw material supply and environmental protection along with the fastdeveloping economics. Meanwhile, the Midwest market is relatively broad. Also,Resources, raw materials and other production factors of this area are rich,therefore,ideal conditions have been created for various industries to transfer to eastern region.The transfer of industries from east to west not only can accelerate Midwesturbanization, but also help upgrade eastern coastal industrials. Furthermore, theindustrial division of labor would be optimized nationwide. Yunnan Luliang PeaceTechnology Co., Ltd. has always been the leader of chemical enterprises in China, thecompany’s products and services have been widely recognized by customers and themarket. In order to respond to national call and promote their own long-termdevelopment, the company has transferred itself from Haining City, ZhejiangProvince, which is located in the east of China, to Yunnan Luliang Bridge IndustrialPark. However, the company is facing many difficulties in its development challenges.It is urgent to make scientific adjustment strategy after the significant transfer.This research is based on the internship experience of the author at LuliangPeace Technology Co., Ltd. First of all, by the process of learning through internships,the company’s products, production processes, business scope and current operationare roughly understood. Meantime, the problems during the manufacturingmanagement are also found. Then the research provided relatively comprehensiveanalysis of the entire company: the environment of company’s operation (such asexternal environmental analysis, industry analysis), five forces model analysis (eganalysis of potential entrants, existing competitors, the buyer bargaining power, etc.),SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threat);Next, based on the analysis of the company, the research segmented the production markets and orientedthe final target market; Finally, according to the company’s product marketpositioning and combined with the company’s own actual situation, cost reductionstrategy, product development strategy, marketing strategy and related adjustmentstrategies were provided. Moreover, effective advices for the problems found duringthe internship were also presented in order to provide reference value for thecompany’s future strategic adjustments.
