The study mayhelp the government make appropriate policy such as the financial system, industrialsystem, regional economic development system, which is conducive to coordinateddevelopment of local financial structure and industrial structure, let the region and thecountry ’s economic be positive interaction and sustainable development.Firstly, on the basis of domestic and foreign research related to the financialstructure and industrial structure, analysis the impact of the regional financialstructure and industrial structure; secondly, carding a representative of the classicindicators of domestic and foreign research when used to measure the financialstructure, considering Yunnan statisticalinformation accessibility, comprehensivenessand the Empirical Analysis, from the the overall size of the financial structure, thestructure of financial assets and financing structure to analysis the financial situationof Yunnan Province; from the three industrial output structure and employmentstructure to analysis the industrial structure situation of Yunnan Province; again,depending the analysis of the of situation Yunnan financial structure and industrialstructure.Respectively empirical analysis the relationship of the overall size of thefinancial structure, the structure of financial assets,financing structure with industrialstructure, measurement methods used in the analysis at different levels haveco-integration analysis, error correction model; Finally, based on empirical findings,combined with Yunnan provincial Development situation and put forward suggestionsYunnan financial structure and industrial structure coordinated development. The results show that: first, the overall size of the financial structurecointegration long-run equilibrium relationship exists between the industrial structure,while short-term fluctuations deviate from the long-run equilibrium, the non-equilibrium state of the system can be adjusted to a more significant efforts to pullback equilibrium; second, monetary assets, insurance and securities assets havepositive correlation between the industrial structure, but the monetary financial assetsand financial assets of insurance contributions for industrial restructuring thesecurities assets greater degree of contribution of the industrial structure adjustmentsmaller; when short-term fluctuations deviate from the long-term equilibrium, thecurrency asset class to adjust the intensity of the strongest non-equilibriumerror,followed by insurance financial assets and, finally, financial securities classassets；third, there is a significant correlation between changes in the financingstructure and industrial structure in Yunnan Province, and improve the level of directfinancing can promote the adjustment of industrial structure; fourth, the industrialstructure can promote the adjustment of the financial structure in Yunnan Province,and promote the formation of many types of small and medium sized financialinstitutions and a diversified financing structure.
