Study On Urbanization Of The Economic Development Zone

With the social, political, economic, cultural depth forward, urbanization highlightsthe increasingly important role at all-round development of China. Urbanization hasbeen focused by become the national levels of government, various groups.Urbanization not only affects the quality of social and economic development. To someextent, will be an important criterion of harmonious social development, whether thepeople actually live and work reflects.Strengthening urbanization, for building a moderately prosperous society, thedevelopment of the socialist market economy, democracy, improves the quality of life ofresidents is of great significance. Urbanization research is inseparable from the urban,and the construction of development zones based on urbanization but also has its ownuniqueness, through urbanization within the development zone for analysis, not only toclarify the theoretical logic of development zones can also provide a reference for theurbanization of China’s booming construction zone.In this paper, a method of system analysis and empirical research to YanglouEconomic Development Zone, Wuhan City as a case analysis of the process ofurbanization zone effectiveness, problems and countermeasures.The first part of the construction uses a theoretical framework. From the researchstatus on urbanization proceed, mainly analyzes the connotation of urbanization,influencing factors, modes and features to provide a theoretical basis for the study of thetext.The second part of the concept definition and Development model of urbanizationand urbanization zone combing theoretical logic, pointing out the reality of urbanizationzone necessity, part of the zone above pattern of urbanization construct theoretical logicand reality basis.The third part of the analysis focused on urbanization through case Yangluo analyzeeconomic zone in accordance with the theoretical logic, in turn, including the currentplanning, financial support, resource utilization and feedback of four parts.The fourth part analyzes basis on the third part. The main factors affect the resultsof urbanization Yangluo Economic Development Zone, including the promotion of twomajor factors and impediments. The main contributing factor is to promote thedevelopment of industry and the government’s industry gathering. but impedimentsinclude lack of agricultural development, the quality of labor on the basis of the thirdpart low, external radiation capacity and institutional policies, if not perfect and so on.Part five made a conclusion about the four parts above，and offer some advice to thesimilar economic development zone.
