The Research Of The Interactive Development Between New-Partter Industrialization And New-Parttern Urbanization Of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone In Guangxi

The development of new-pattern industrialization and new-pattern urbanization, involving various fields of national economy, and in relation to our country’s all aspects of economic construction, social construction, ecological construction, political construction and cultural construction. Making a interaction research of them will play a key role in promoting the realization of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As the only one national strategic area of the west coast, the development history of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi is short. And there are many other problems, such as the low level of informatization, the unreasonable structure of industry, the significant gaps between urban and rural, the imperfect public service function in urban areas and so on. All these making new-pattern industrialization and new-pattern urbanization cannot form a good interaction in the process of development.This paper takes Beibu Gulf Economic Zone as the research object, and it is divided into four parts. First, it elaborates the concept and characteristics of new-pattern industrialization and new-pattern urbanization, and insights into how they are "new". Then based on the theoretical analysis of the interactive development between industrialization and urbanization by foreign scholars, we can conclude the interactive development mechanism of new-pattern industrialization and new-pattern urbanization. Second, it analyzes the development of the old industrialization and industrialization, the advantages and disadvantages of new-pattern industrialization and new-pattern urbanization of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. Third, by combining the new characteristics of new-pattern industrialization and new-pattern urbanization, with the country’s new policy, it builds their interactive development evaluation index system. Then we can get what the problems are in the interactive development. Last, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through the research of the interaction development between new-pattern industrialization and new-pattern urbanization of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, it will have a great significance in achieving coordinated development of industrialization, information technology, and ecological intensification, optimizing the industrial structure, achieving urban and rural areas, improving the urban services and facilities, forming the distinctive characteristics of modern industrial system and new-pattern urbanization of people-oriented system.
