With the increasingly diversified development of society and economy, manymanagers found that the enterprise staff management become more complicated, what theenterprise comprehensive strength of competition in the final is the talent competition,now the enterprise of talent competition has also reached the white-hot degree. Companiesare competing around the "human resources", how to retain talent, make employeesloyal to the organization and loyal to the enterprise for a long time, create more benefit forthe enterprise, has become a management problems to be solved. Now the enterprise staffmanagement become more complex, investigate the reason, on the one hand is due toemployees of diversification, the national bureau of statistics, statistics show that thelabor market,1970s is still the main,1980s and1990s moved to the main force,however, and now1990s accounts for20.3%of the Labour market; On the other hand isthat staffs,demand is also becoming diversified. At that time,"money" can solve a lot ofmanagement problems, but now add salary welfare does not necessarily bring solutions.At present, with1990s move into the labour market,1970s、1980s19990s becamethe main force of the labour market, the three generations of the vast difference betweenthe era background and growth environment, make the three generations of employees inideology, ideology, cultural psychological factors such as social values is different. Theirawareness of the organization, and work values are also different, tis there a differencebetween heir level of work values and loyalty to the organization? Which respect thesedifferences reflected in? Existing research shows that the generation characteristics of workvalues represent a weakness in the enterprise management in our country: employees andolder workers are namely to some extent ignoring young in both the education andmanagement. What are the characteristics of different generation employees?Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study the employees organizational loyaltyand work values different generations (mainly1970s,1980s,1990s), to reveal,1970s、1980s and1990s employees, the characteristics of work values, organizational loyalty work attitudes of different generations among employees,if there are differences inwork values, organizational loyalty, and what is the further reason of the differences, soas to help organizations and their managers to understand better and give some proof formanagers to make decision.Through the way of questionnaire survey, this paper probes into the three generationsof employees,work values and organizational loyalty of generational differences, thefollowing conclusions:(1) there were significant differences in work values and organizationalloyalty;between1970s、1980s and1990s;(2) background variables significantly affect employees work values andorganizational loyalty;(3) the generation of employees work values and can be used to predict organizationalloyalty;(4) The employees’ work values will affect employee loyalty, employee’s work valuescan be used to predict their loyalty to the organization.
