In today's world of network information technology rapid development,economic globalization speeding up,Chinese economic new normal background,domestic enterprises want to obtain sustainable development in the fierce market competition,enterprises must have a competitive advantage,enterprises want to obtain the relative advantages of enterprises must rely on high-quality staff,when these employees play the ability to improve the overall performance of the enterprise.The proportion of the new generation of employees in enterprises is increasing,which is related to the sustainable development of enterprises.The working values of the new generation of employees and how to improve their performance are the important issues that must be considered by all the top managers of the enterprise.The new generation of employees' work values have very important influence on his work behavior,psychology,literature from the perspective of management at home and abroad demonstrates the work values of employees has a positive effect on their performance.On this basis,this study established the relationship model of the new generation employees work value and job performance and organizational commitment is added as the intermediary variable,emphasizing the work values of new generation employees have a direct impact on job performance,but also indirectly through the mediating variables of organizational commitment affect job performance.Based on the previous relevant references at home and abroad as the research foundation,and then to determine the research questions and research tool to establish the relationship model research and put forward the basic assumptions,and the use of the spss19.0 data were analyzed by correlation analysis and regression analysis tools on the recovery of large amounts of data,concluded the following four:(1)the work values of new generation employees has a significant positive impact on job performance,the three dimensions of work values: comfort and safety,ability and growth,status and independence and job performance has a significant positive impact.(2)the work values of new generation employees have a significant predictive effect on organizational commitment.The three dimensions of comfort and safety,ability and growth,status and independence of the new generation of employees have a significant positive impact on organizational commitment.(3)there is a significant positive correlation between organizational commitment and job performance.The three dimensions of organizational commitment affective commitment,normative commitment and continuance commitment have significant effects on job performance.(4)the relationship between organizational commitment as a mediating variable in the new generation of employees' work values and job performance in the two play the part of the intermediary role,which indicates that the work values of new generation employees directly affect the work performance and work values of new generation employees will promise the intermediary variable indirect effect on job performance through the organization.Finally,on the basis of the results of empirical analysis,analysis of the mediating effect on the relationship between the new generation of employees' work values and job performance and organizational commitment plays,and based on this,the study of work values and organizational commitment from the perspective put forward some countermeasures to improve the performance of the staff,the new generation of the limitations of this research,forecast the future research direction.
