With the arrival of new economic era marked with the knowledge economy, information economy and network economy, human resource’s contribution to the enterprise is increasingly outstanding, which is considered as the source of enterprise competitiveness and core in the 21st century.Therefore, how to develop and manage human resources to help enterprises to maintain competitive advantage in the fierce environment, promote enterprise performance is the important topic of the current theoretical area. And how human resources affect the performance of the enterprise is the basic and priorities to developing human resource. For this problem, scholars mainly empirically studied the the impact of part of the human resources on corporate performance from the perspective of economics and management. However, under the new economy, companies facing the complicated and changeable competitive environment, the role and function of human resource is more than just rely on itself, it will also be affected by the external market competition, economic and political environment, and other resources within the enterprise, corporate goals and values, and other factors. This requires decision makers use and develop human resources in the perspective of the enterprise system, constantly adjust the human resource strategy according to the dynamic environment and the enterprise strategy.Combing subjects of management, economics and ecology, this paper choose strategic emerging industry as sample, theory and empirical study the influence of human resource on enterprise performance from perspective of enterprise resources ecological, to provide the reference for the management decision makers on investing, developing and utilizing human resources in view of the enterprise system.First of all, after having reviewed and combined the literature at home and abroad, this article summarized the existing study of human resources influence on enterprise performance. Secondly, based on the summarized study and the theory of human capital, resource basic and resources ecological economic theory, theoretical analyzed human resources influence on enterprise performance from perspective of enterprise resources ecological, and put forward that the consumable human resources, structural human resources has a significant positive effect on business performance. Then, the paper selected 42 listed companies of strategic emerging industry from 2011 to 2014 as the research sample data, and empirically validated human resource impact on enterprise performance by the standardization of data processing, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis of mathematical method in the perspective of enterprise resources ecological.The empirical results show that the assumable human resources has a positive influence on enterprise performance, but not through the test of significance; Structural human resources has significant positive effects on business performance. Finally, After summarizing and analyzing the theory and empirical conclusions, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestion countermeasure from the angle of enterprises ecosystem to make human resource better play it’s role in enhancing performance.
