These failures or production enterprises, there are have alreadyhave sizable enterprises, investigate its main reason is because these companies don’thave and competitors compete with core competitiveness, lost the importantguarantee, how can companies through economic development in the winter?In the fourth quarter of2012tungsten, molybdenum and other metal dropped tolows, hovering at a low level continuously, rare earth price is low for a long time.And tungsten products on the one hand, due to Japan, Europe and the United Statesand domestic output of hard alloy deep-processing products dropped substantially,APT sharply reduced demand, on the other hand the domestic tungsten smeltingcapacity, make APT imbalance between supply and demand, the situation ofoversupply in the short term is difficult to change. To the development of worldeconomy and domestic economy, the biggest problem is to increase domesticconsumption. Some foreign cemented carbide manufacturing enterprises to China’seconomic development trend, and layout in China. So, in China, tungsten industrycompetition is gradually transition to the whole industry chain, contest of strength,competition will be more and more fierce. Xiamen tungsten as tungsten industryleading enterprises, also face the problem.
