In the current enterprise, some employees are not enthusiastic about the work and have job burnout. But others remain high work ethic and have a serious and responsible attitude. Meanwhile, different positions of leadership in different enterprises give subordinate varied care. The existence of these differences may be related to the individual characteristics such as gender、age、work experience, education or job level, corporate culture. Referring to the existing management practices, the higher concern for employees may be manifested in the material of concern, such as salary, benefits, etc; The emotional support to complete the work, for example superior try to encourage employees to do term work. Even some of the information will be provided to staff or give the support work processes needed. In addition, the employees with relatively strong individual accomplishment is easier to inspire enthusiasm. As a form of proactive individuals responsible behavior can promote the idea of trying to complete the task. Clarify the extent of the task which, given the superior results of employee feedback, the principal authority and responsibility of the employees,all of these will affect the behavior of individuals.Existing studies have demonstrated responsible behavior has a positive role in promoting job performance. The responsible behavior of individuals can reduce or even eliminate the lack of enthusiastic. Under the influence of this psychological, the employee devote themselves to the task instead of inadvertence. It’s also one of the situation that most managers want to see.According to the studying about the individual responsibility and Perceived Supervisor Support, when employee perceive strong support from superiors, it will produce more positive behaviors. The focus of the study is the following, what the superior to subordinate staff to care for; how to maximize the employee behavior; what is the relation between them, how individual characteristics impact the research. In this paper, the main research method is empirical research. It analyze the relationship between individual responsibility and perceived supervisor support and the demographic characteristics variables how to effects the study through217valid questionaries. Finally, the study draw conclusions about it and guide management practice.
