Research On Safety Production Manager Competency Model In Coal Mine Enterprise

Coal resources have been occupied great position of the national energy. Inrecent years, as the country increased the degree of emphasis on the safe production,investment in the safe production has gradually increased, although its defensecapability has been greatly improved, but fatalities still occur frequently. The reason isa large part of the accident is due to the lack of effective safety production managerbased coal mining enterprises qualified for quality-oriented security management.Therefore, based on the actual situation of coal mining enterprises, competency isimperative to study its safety production manager.The safety production manager is the backbone of the coal mining enterprises,who plays a critical role in the safe production. In addition, studiesof coal mine enterprise security manager competency model can applied to the humanresources management system, which has a certain practical significance.
