Explicition Research On The Implicit Cost Of Construction Enterprises In Construction Supply Chain

Project cost control is the primary means of vying for market share and enhancingcompetitiveness for construction enterprise. However, managers control the cost fromthe said of management methods and construction process, they understandinadequately to supply chain cost who occupy more than70%of the project cost,especially lack of quantitative analysis of the implicit costs of supply chain. The benefitsaved by other aspects of cost controlling is swallowed up by the implicit costs ofsupply chain. Therefore the analysis about hidden costs of the supply chain and itsdominance research has become a hot issue that academia and industry work together tosolve.According to the characteristics of complex operation content of the construction,in-depth analyzing the causes and characteristics of the implicit costs in the actualconstruction process, paper has redefined implicit costs. Drawing lessons from theexisting supply chain cost formation mechanism, using the method of interfaceintegration paper have a systematic analysis of the construction enterprise supply chaincost structure. And build up the constitute system of supply chain implicit costsaccording to main influence factors. Combining with distribution field and characteristicof the supply chain implicit costs, use engineering economics to quantify thecapital-occupied cost; using activity-based costing analysis Out of motivation ofshortage, and achieve the goal of accounting shortage cost; account inventoryredundancy cost using accounting cost. Though validating by a practical case, theresults show that the established explicit model has stronger maneuverability andrationality.The results show that the structure system and the dominance model of supplychain implicit costs are not only benefiting to enterprise managers fully understand the specific construction form of supply chain implicit costs and its impact on enterprisebenefits, not also taking reasonable control strategy to achieve the purpose of costsavings and improving efficiency. The results of the study not only enrich the content ofproject hidden costs, and also have certain practical application value.
