Based on this, this paper combines trust financingproject East Lake Chan river is proposed to analyze the real estate development in theprocess of financing risk.This paper introduces the concept, the real estate trust financing types,characteristics, to summarize and analyze the real estate trust financing risk factors.Starting from the market environment of the macro real estate market environment andregional, trust financing environment analysis of Xi’an Chan-Ba River East Lakeproject, demonstration project financing a feasibility analysis, and the trust financingschemes are introduced.
