Total Quality Management (TQM) In The Application Of Internal Audit Project Research

Internal audit is one of the four cornerstones of modern enterprise corporategovernance, since the1980s, started development of internal audit in our country, moreand more attention in recent years. Internal audit as a kind of special service, itself alsomust depend on quality seek survival, and development. Because of the internal audit inour country, development time is shorter, internal audit of quality management researchis not widely, rich experience in quality management is not enough, there are still someproblems in the internal audit of quality management, at the same time, the complexeconomic situation at home and abroad, and upgrade the development of internal audititself is to audit quality put forward higher request, therefore internal audit projectquality management has become an important subject in enterprise management,domestic enterprises need to continuously.This paper introduces the concept of internal audit project, audit project qualitycriteria, analysis of the importance of internal audit project quality management studyand guiding significance for practical work. This paper introduces the current domesticenterprise internal audit project quality management present situation, analyses theinternal audit project quality management the main problems and reasons. Through theanalysis, the author put forward in view of total quality management (TQM), achievedfruitful results in the modern enterprise management practice, can be applied totalquality management theory and methods to improve the internal audit project qualitymanagement problem. Article briefly introduced the core principles of total quality management theory and the main point of view, combined with the internal audit workto actually build the quality management system internal audit program. The focus ofthis study is how to apply total quality management theory to the internal audit project,mainly from the full participation, process control and diversification of threedimension quality improvement methods, combining with the case are analyzed andstudied. This paper puts forward the internal audit should be set up the customersupreme service idea, advocate the participation of, arousing subjective initiatives of theinternal audit personnel’s argument and measures. By theory combined with the actualanalysis, argumentation, the article concluded that application of total qualitymanagement thoughts can guide the practical work, to improve the quality of theinternal audit project management effectively.
