The Research Of Joint Distribution Model In Cold Chain Logistics Of Henan Quick-frozen Food Enterprise

As the society realize the significance of logistics continuously, the modernlogistics obtained the rapid development. In recent years as a special logistics form,Cold chain logistics got a certain development due to the improvement of people’sliving standard and emphasis on food safety. But as in the early stages of development,food cold chain logistics often appear the phenomenon of broken chain, poorefficiency, high cost and can’t satisfy the increasing market demand, even affect thefood safety. So the research of food cold chain logistics distribution has a bigsignificance of guaranteeing food security and reducing enterprise cost.Joint distribution is an advanced distribution way by a long-term practice of thedeveloped countries, it can not only integrate resources, realize the scale operation,reduce costs, improve efficiency, but also can avoid repetition transport, alleviatetraffic pressure and reduce pollution, so it is worth using for reference to developChina’s food cold chain logistics.As Joint distribution has diversity pattern, we need toadjust measures to local conditions and choose suitable development model for ourown actual situation and solve the problems existing in the joint distribution in practice.At first, this paper summarizes the predecessors’ research work, and states therelated theoretical basis of the food cold chain logistics and distribution management,and then analyzes the development status of the quick-frozen food cold chain logisticsin Henan province from three aspects including the quick-frozen food, cold chainlogistics and distribution, puts forward the feasibility and necessity of using jointdistribution in cold chain logistics, next through the analysis of the transverse jointdistribution and of the longitudinal joint distribution,the paper presents the suitablejoint distribution mode for quick-frozen food company in Henan province, that is jointconsolidation, finally through the simulation and assumptions, this paper set up thecost allocation model with satisfaction equation,and solving the model with lingo9.0,at last verifies its validity and rationality based on analyzing a case.The author hope that the paper can give a guidence to the quick-frozen food cold chain logisticsenterprise of Henan province on developing joint distribution.
