Radiation Situation In Central City Metropolis Economy

After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee,China beganto imply the open coastal strategy.The regional development transforms to non-balanc-ed direction,which encourage some areas,part of the enterprise and some people getrich,then drive after the rich,and finally realize common prosperity.This is growthpole theory is applied in our unique.Prompting the establishment,growth and develop-ment of growth pole.Many central cities are emerging,and driving the developmentof surrounding areas that through the center city’s economic development.But theradiation of central city to surrounding areas economy presents the positive and negati-ve.This paper use the panel data model of spatial autocorrelation to study Yunnaneconomic circle in the center city’s economic radiation form,its results shows the posit-ive energy of Kunming to the surrounding areas.The intensity of economic links andradiation between Kunming and the surrounding areas are greater than the other threecity’s.This paper based on analyzing the domestic and foreign scholars on the centralcity economic radiation theory and empirical research,discusses concepts and featuresabout the central city and the economic radiation,especially elaborates the main ideaof center periphery theory,growth pole theory,the core-edge theory,combining the ideaof growth pole theory that growth is not anywhere occur simultaneously,first appearedin a number of growing points or "growth pole" and through different channels tospread to the surrounding,and the whole economy have different the ultimateimpact.Use panel data model to estimate the spatial autocorrelation spatialautocorrelation coefficient,the result is that Yunnan central city of radiation on thesurrounding region’s economic performance as "feedback" effect,and the uses gravitymodel derived from eastern Yunnan economic ties strength is greater than the YunnanMidwest areas,and the surrounding region’s economic Kunming range of radiationgreater than other cities range of radiation on the surrounding area.In response tothese conclusions corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the central city of radiation effects, radiation effects enhance the surrounding area theability to undertake, promote urban economic circle Yunnan coordinated developmentof all regions.
