| The urban-rural integration as the main strategy to balance development and coordinate relationship between urban and rural,once again become the focus of Social concern and government work since the Third Plenum of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.So many parts of our country have increased the strength of the urban-rural integration construction and has made gratifying achievements,also emerged a group of typical mode.Gansu is one of economically underdeveloped provinces in western china, in the process of overall urban and rural development and promote the urban-rural integration,actively explore and hard practice,pay attention to the new rural construction and pilot areas,actively promote the urbanrural integration,also achieved good results,but due to the restriction of natural conditions and economic development,the process of urban-rural integration is slow.As one of the main force in the development of urban-rural integration,the radiation of the central city provides sufficient power to accelerate the process of regional urban-rural integration.Analysis related theory,explore the relationships between the economic radiation effect of the central cities and regional urban-rural integration development,to accelerate urban-rural integration in Gansu and the western region has an important significance.In this paper,Lanzhou city as the research object,on the basis of in-depth understanding the present situation of regional development and analysis the regional environment of economic radiation, applies breaking-point theory and the economic diffusion model of based on heat conduction law to analyze the effect of Lanzhou city economic radiation in 2000,2006 and 2013 From the perspective of province and peripheral city,and established the evaluation index system to measure the urban-rural integration development level of radiation district,combined with the economic radiation pattern of Lanzhou and the development Characteristics of regional urban and rural,from the mobility of industry, labor, capital and other economic factors to discuss the radiation lead role of central city for regional urban-rural integration development,and gets the following conclusion:(1)The balanced development of regional economy narrows the gap of city scale between cities,and reduces the scope of Lanzhou city economic radiation in Gansu province,but the improvement of regional traffic conditions reduces the relative distance between cities,and enhances the space radiation of Lanzhou city;(2)The economic radiation of center city mainly from the regional economic development gradient,and diffusion through the traffic network system to periphery area,the city which closer to Lanzhou and good traffic conditions to occupy the dominant position in accept the central city economic radiation;(3)The urban-rural integration Level of Lanzhou radiation district is not high,the difference of regional development wassignificant,basically formed such a spatial distribution characteristics that taking Lanzhou city as the center, along the transportation network system from near to far, from high to low;(4)The radiation lead role of central city for regional urban-rural integration development is mainly reflected in this impact that affect the spatial distribution of urban and rural development level through the transportation network system;(5)Policy orientation and funding support is a major motive power for the regions of inefficient investment and economic backwardness to accept the economic radiation of center city and promote the development of urban-rural integration.Accordingly,in order to promote the role of radiation driven play that central city for regional urban-rural integration development, proposed by improve the regional transportation network system,develop the industrial economy,improve the level of agricultural production, strengthen regional financial and policy orientation,innovative systems and mechanisms between urban and rural and so on. |
