In recent years, with a large number of flow of urban and rural labor force in Yunnan Province, to some extent alleviate the income gap between urban and rural residents, rural recessive unemployment situation eased, which plays an important role in the construction of industrialization, urbanization, agricultural modernization. In addition, due to geographical location, ideas and many other effects, the rural floating labor force the human capital of Yunnan province which is generally low, which has been unable to adapt to the market economy and the need of agricultural modernization. So, what urban and rural labor flow of Yunnan Province on economic growth caused us to think and research is worth to effect, which is to promote the development of labor mobility to economic growth quickly and well, It has important theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper, by introducing the concept of human capital to enhance labor mobility in the selection of time series, the annual data of Yunnan province average per capita capital investment, rural labor mobility and economic growth during1990‐2011, using the econometric method, the Yunnan rural labor mobility degree and economic growth in Yunnan province of the long‐run equilibrium relationship and short‐term dynamic relationship between the empirical research, concluded that: urban and rural labor flow in Yunnan province active degree and the existing level of rural human capital has a positive response to the trend of economic growth in Yunnan, and the urban and rural labor mobility has a lag effect on Yunnan’s economic growth, but the lag period is relatively short. Therefore, the government should be orderly and reasonably to promote rural labor mobility, and focus and improve the rural labor mobility in the process of human capital accumulation mechanism.This paper includes six parts: the first chapter is a brief introduction of the frame of this article. The second chapter related theory on the urban and rural labor mobility are outlined. Including the characteristics of rural labor mobility, the influence factors of rural labor mobility analysis, as well as to the rural labor mobility of talents agglomeration effect and its mechanism of impact on economic growth are described. The third chapter combined with specific data, chart analysis of Yunnan economic development and urban and rural labor mobility. The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis. We use ECM model and other measurement methods, the active degree of urban and rural labor mobility in Yunnan and Yunnan’s economic growth in the long‐run equilibrium relationship and short‐term dynamic relationship between the empirical analysis. The fifth chapter is a summary to the empirical analysis results, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
