Specifically, knowledgeof econometric model and the data analysis and use measurement software Eviews, the use of theCobb-Douglas production function model, the quality of rural human capital of Shanxi Province asthe object of study, analysis of human capital of different factors, per capita years of schooling,vocational education in rural areas, the influence and role of health care spending growth on therural economy drawn between rural Shanxi Province, human capital and rural economic growth,there is a high correlation and causation. From the vertical and horizontal aspects of rural humancapital and the rural economic situation, analysis of the Rural basic education is still relatively weak,not enough funds were put into rural schools, teachers and educational model still exist manyproblems of the status quo and rural human capital and economic growth of rural developmentproblems, such as investment in basic education in rural areas, rural teachers lagged behind thedevelopment needs of rural basic education curriculum is relatively simple, does not build withrural characteristics of multiple types of programs combined with The course structure and ruraleducation mode; rural vocational education funding, the education system and professional settingsunreasonable; lack of a comprehensive rural health care system; the transfer of agricultural land and the household registration system to some extent, limit the development of human capital in ruralareas.
