There is an "erosion effect" of technological progress on human capital accumulation, according to the analysis framework of endogenous growth theory, and probes into the influence of economic growth conducting "erosion effect" and effect of learning by doing in developing countries, thus reveals the mechanism of separation from effect of Learning by Doing action to economic growth, it has a theoretical value and strong realistic guiding significance. The research argues that effect of learning by doing promotting economic growth is divided into two effects, one is the effective effect of learning by doing that promotes economic growth, the other is the "erosion effect" that stops economic growth, but the economic growth from the former is faster than stopping economic growth from the latter, the more powerful, the more faster. The finding illustrates that the former promotting economic growth is conspicuous relative to the effect of learning by doing, learning by doing has an important to "erosion effect", effect of learning by doing has an important to economic growth.Besides all that, it is not wise for the developing countries to pursue their spectacular rates of economic growth rely on the decrease of "erosion effect", the economic growth will stop when "erosion effect" stops, they have the same direction change and co-exists with each other.
