Study On Enterprises' Patent Strategy Based On Endogenous Growth Theory

The information revolution and economic globalization pose new challenges for enterprise patent work and patent situation.Compared with enterprises in developed countries,our enterprises' patent work is still in the immature stage.There's something wrong with patent application,patent management,patent implementation and patent protection,and so on.The reasons for them are low independent innovation capability and insufficient independent innovation endogenous dynamics in our enterprises.lt is necessary for us to implement effective endogenous enterprise patent strategy in order to improve enterprise independent innovation endogenous dynamics and break through the bottleneck.The paper choses enterprise patent strategy as the object so as to make a research for endogenous enterprise patent strategy in Qingdao by an empirical analysis.On the basis of summarizing related theory,the paper analyzes the reasons for problems of independent innovation and patent strategies.Then it summarizes two bottleneck on independent innovation.As a result,the paper proposes the endogenous enterprise patent strategy to realize endogenous growth in Qingdao enterprises.After that,the paper make researchs from strategic elements,element training methods,condition,and so on, to construct endogenous enterprise patent strategy in order to make a improvition of enterprise independent innovation endogenous dynamics.With a combination of two cases such as Qingdao Haier and D&D,the paper analyze their implementation of endogenous enterprise patent strategy.From their experience,it provides key inspiration and reference for other enterprises in Qingdao.Based on the research results,the paper points out countermeasures and suggestions on endogenous enterprise patent strategy.Such as enhancing staff patent awareness and the implementation of independent innovation on staff,the establishment of people-oriented enterprise independent innovation mechanism,improving patent management organizations,enhancing the training and introduction of enterprise patent talent,building and improving the system of patent creation,patent application,patent management patent protection.
