Along with the continuously thorough reform of national economic managementsystem and the course of the reform of state-owned enterprises in these years, the key pointis how to reform the way that given reasonable economic compensation to the employeesof state-owned enterprises and change the realization of employee status smoothly.Although basically completed the reform of state-owned enterprises, there are still someproblems in this process, such as unreasonable compensation of some enterprise workersplacement, the uncompleted enterprise restructuring, the unrealized conversion of the state-owned workers identity, it did not participate the restructuring of enterprises for somereasons etc. In the recent years, because of situation of the rising price and the rising realestate land prices, the basic living life of some employees have been affected and theconcentrated petitions have been increasing. The restructuring compensation resettlementof previously enterprise has been questioned. So from the point of the theory, It isnecessary to identity of the placement of workers compensation issues to research again.In theoretical circles, many scholars have the problem of placement of workersthrough research, draws many of the research results of the placement of workers.Placement of workers in the process of restructuring of state-owned enterprises and morefocused on the qualitative aspects of the theory, empirical analysis of the lack ofquantitative research. And most theoretical studies are based only on the rights andobligations of workers or business unilateral discussed the placement of workers inpractice more reflects both the enterprise and the employees cost interests of the game.Therefore, this paper is divided into four parts. First, the introduction discusses thetopics of the background and necessity of the research, a clear state-owned enterpriserestructuring enterprises and government proper placement of employees and theobligation to give adequate economic compensation; and a brief description of theobjectives of this research, content and research significance. Second, the literature reviewsection on topics related concepts defined and described the theoretical basis of the topics, and topics of the research status is reviewed. Its purpose is to literature reading and studyof the theory, for the remainder of this article discusses the study provides theoreticalsupport. Again, described the existing resettlement economic compensation laws,regulations, and pointed out the problems in the current resettlement procedures, greatimbalance that is caused by the placement of economic compensation; restructuring state-owned enterprises through the part of the Inner Mongolia employee relocation program ofdata collection and analyzed with the placement of workers, economic compensation thereare regional differences, industry differences, timing differences, placement optionsdifferences and individual differences. Finally, according to the aforementioned differencesin theoretical research and practical comparison of selected economic impact of theplacement of workers compensation factors, using regression analysis model to investigatethe placement of workers compensation setting standards of economic calculationexpression; while using Nash Equilibrium Model of Employee placement of financialcompensation mode selection optimal decision. And in order to do Baotou JX Co. casestudy results are verified and evaluated.Compared with the existing research, the main contribution of this paper is to analyzethe placement of workers, the imbalance of economic compensation for the status quo,looking for enterprise workers of state-owned restructuring economic compensationstandard factors and evaluate the expression, the establishment of the choice of enterprisesin economic compensation Game ideas with employees both sides. Put forward their ownideas, to provide protection for the smooth progress of the placement of workers in state-owned enterprises to further deepen reform process in the selection of the economiccompensation standards and economic compensation.
