One person should have team spirit, otherwise it is impossible to accomplish; thus,the enterprise is a group composed of team-oriented individuals; these individuals andthese groups form a nation with team spirit, it is the national spirit or the soul of the nation.Practically, the cultivation of team spirit is in order to improve team cohesion effectively.And team cohesion maintains team’s work. Under the condition of market economy,competition is becoming increasingly fierce, various types of enterprises have beenproposed to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, team cohesion isundoubtedly one of the elements of the core competitiveness of enterprises, in this context,the researching of team cohesion has become particularly important. In this paper, in thebackground of a medium-sized enterprise A company, this paper studied the presentsituation, influencing factors and improving measures of the team cohesionThis paper, combined with the actual situation of A company, used the methods ofquestionnaire, case study method, literature research method, starting from the practicalproblems of concept, team cohesion and influencing factors of A company facing atpresent. Then, it analyzed A company’s team cohesion on the existing problems. On thisbasis, draws the conclusion as follows:1, through the relevant testing on the team cohesionof A company, can find the status and problems of the company. To make employees asense of belonging, pride, and have a greater sense of mission and responsibility of theenterprise, we must strengthen the construction of team cohesion;2, with the SalesDepartment for example, according to the problems, this paper puts forward theimprovement measures on management, personnel and salary management system. Itreaches a conclusion that in the leading of the core team, a effectively enterprise comesfrom the construction of enterprise own team culture, establishing and improving salarysystem.3, the healthy development of the whole enterprise comes from the size of thecohesion of the enterprise, it can provide reference for business managers to develop theright strategy by the evaluation of team cohesion, and find out the shortcomings ofenterprise and puts forward measures for improvement. Therefore, the evaluation of teamcohesion of small and medium-sized enterprise should be strengthened and, the cohesion level of the enterprise should be known, so as to promote the enterprise cohesion and teamspirit of enterprise, then enterprise’s work will be steady.
