With the coming of the knowledge economy, human resources development andmanagement has become the basis and core of modern enterprise management.Humanresource management is the most difficult to build and operation is an effectiveperformance appraisal, the performance appraisal is the premise and basis foreffective incentive management.Long-term since, how to use the human resource management of domesticenterprises to improve the competitiveness of enterprises is a major issue facing themodern enterprise. Wuhan FZ Digital Technology Co., Ltd. is a state-ownedenterprises, due to the long-term and effective performance management systemdeficiencies, resulting in the enthusiasm of staff is not high and low productionefficiency, high turnover of staff, serious impact on the improvement of thecompetitiveness of enterprises, so the enterprise internal management innovation andupgrade is very urgent and necessary. Under this background, this paper mainlyresearch on performance management of the company, research mainly uses the datain data collection, depth interviews, industries and regions methods, questionnaireinvestigation, a comprehensive understanding of the XH company, analyzed thediagnosis of performance management present situation, discovers the existencequestion, thus the ideas and methods to solve these problems determined. In theperformance management related theories, this paper uses many kinds of analysismethods and tools of information, data collected and analyzed, the key performanceindicators (KPI) of the basic principles of law, to be goal oriented and assessmentmethods to act as the guide to do comprehensive, extracted based on the strategy, toobjective of the position as the guidance, both behavior and performance of theperformance index system and the specific performance appraisal implementationplan, and according to the company human resources situation, designed a completeset of practical performance management system. and realize the strategic target.There are important practical for the long-term development of XH company.Through the research of the performance appraisal system of FZ company, accordingto the actual situation of enterprises designated for the enterprise performanceappraisal and improvement design. In order to provide a reference case to meet theirown performance appraisal system for enterprises of the same type.
