With the rapid development of electronic commerce in recent years,corresponding to the requirement of warehousing industry is becoming more andmore high, so the priorities for warehousing is to how to improve the utilization rateof the warehouse and how to improve the turnover of goods in the warehouse. In ourstudy, we use the double-deep rack and dual-shuttle crane. Double-deep rack, canimproved utilization of warehouse. Double slide platform stacker, can effectivelyimprove the turnover of goods. So the research based on dual-shuttle crane anddouble-deep rack under the background of the AS/RS system efficiency has greatsignificance.At first, this thesis based on the characteristics of double-deep rack, divided intotwo kinds of stock strategy, A way there is a double vacancy inventory, the other is away there is no double vacancy inventory, and then based on these two casesrespectively set up random storage time model under the dual-shuttle crane. In theway of no double room inventory to pallet utilization as the research object, researchutilization would be effect the running time of the system, in the presence of a doubleroom in the way of inventory, to haploid vacancy number as the research object,research haploid vacancy number space effect the running time of the system, In theresearch on the basis of the above problem, for another innovation point of this thesis,using the slide platform relocation, as the relocation time as the research object,comparing the relocation time use of a buffer between a dual-shuttle. Concluded, therun time of system will increase with rack utilization rate increases, the concreteimplementing single-deep rack or a double-deep rack to a concrete analysis. Under thegeneral conditions, relocation use dual-shuttle than the use buffer to save time.
