At the same time, the foreign capital enterprise r&d center itselfto the development of Shanghai city upgrading of industrial structure, upgrade theinnovation ability play a positive role in this paper also made a corresponding.Then this paper in Shanghai zhangjiang hi-tech park, use statistical yearbookdata from2002to2011in Shanghai, measure the foreign direct investment on Zhangjiang technology spillover effect of high-tech park, analyzes the main factorsinfluencing the spillover effect. Study found that foreign investment through theimprove the output level of capital investment, science and technology progress ofZhangjiang high-tech park had a positive role in promoting. But from the long-termview, foreign investment and economic growth in Zhangjiang hi-tech park does nothave long-term and stable relations, and technology spillover effect is not completelystable.
