Medicine industry is an important part of china-industry,playing a vitally important role in the overall market in china.However,due to the late starting of china's pharmaceutical industry,the unperfect policies,it led to some problems of medicine industry,such as the company in small scale,low concentration in medicine industry and the poor in R&D capability.In order to solve these problems,The comprehensive evaluation of financial performance can help businesses found that the business issues,propose solutions targeted measures,so the subject is urgent to research.As the leading enterprises in the medicine industry,the listed companies can represent the development of the industry,so we choose the medicine listed companies for the study.In summarizing the results of previous research,taking Shanghai A share and Shenzhen A share listed companies as samples of medicine in this paper.First,combining qualitative and quantitative method filters 20 financial indicators to construct index systems.Then using the sample data researches the medicine listed company's financial development.At the same time by using factor analysis and cluster analysts,ranking the financial performance of all medicine listed companies in the five years.Through empirical research,it is showing that China's medicine listed company financial performance is good,debt ratio is too high,and business development is uneven.In response to this situation,propose a series measures to enhance the financial strength,such as improving energy efficiency,using export diversification strategy,optimizing loan structure,adjusting product structure,promoting corporate mergers and acquisitions and so on.
