With the further development of the full service market competition and thepopularization and application of mobile Internet, the steady progress of tri-networksintegration and the telecom market which is opening further to private capital, thetelecom industry are faced with both significant opportunities of development andgrowing operating pressure and potential crisis. Facing the competitive pattern of newsituation, companies can gain lasting competitive advantages only throughformulating appropriate marketing strategy.Based on the modern marketing theories, communications marketing theoriesand customer relationship management theories, this article takes Yongzhou telecombroadband business marketing strategy as the research object. It analyses the basicmarketing situations and marketing environment of Yongzhou TelecommunicationsCompany under the whole business management background and carries on theSWOT analysis for the company to find out the advantages and disadvantages ofYongzhou Telecom and the opportunities and threats. Through combining with thecompany’s actual situation, the author puts forward the Yongzhou Telecom broadbandbusiness marketing strategy under the full service operating from the aspect of themarketing mix operation.This article, for the other telecom operators in communications industry, has acertain reference significance on how to correctly analyze market environment andmake feasible marketing strategy combining with its own resource capacity and themarket rules in the future market competition, through researching telecom broadbandbusiness marketing strategy in Yongzhou under the background of the full service andsetting the comprehensive marketing strategy according to the company’s marketingenvironment and its own actual situation.
