Evaluation On County Development And Analysis The Spatial Differentiation In Hebei Province

County economy is a basic unit within our national economy. Hebei province includes11prefecture-level cities and135counties (including county-level city).The county economy of Hebei gained hugeachievement since the reform and opening up. During the period of1985-2012, the countyarea’s GDP increased into1826.37billion RMB from34.397billion RMB, per capitalCounty-GDP rose from707.9to30210RMB. But, county economy unbalance was becomingmore and more serious. It can be seen that a majority of counties in Jibei region were still inpoverty, but many counties in traditional developed region were keeping a rapid economydevelopment. The county area develops a gap to space out gradually, two poles turned trendmore and added obviously, and directly influenced economy strength and society coordinateddevelopment in Hebei province.As a special type of regional development difference, county development difference is auniversal phenomenon. County development difference has special characteristic, becausespace is county’s inherent attribute.
