Research On Spatial Pattern And Influencing Factors Of Chinese Characteristic Towns

The purpose of cultivating and creating characteristic towns is to further promote new-type urbanization,promote the coordinated development of cities and small towns,and realize the balanced development among regions.However,in terms of the current situation of the construction of characteristic towns in China,there are still many problems,such as the unbalanced distribution between regions and within regions,the blind imitation of the experience of zhejiang province,and the misunderstanding of the nature of characteristic towns in various regions.Therefore,this paper attempts to deeply explore the spatial pattern and its influencing factors of characteristic towns in China,so as to promote the high-quality development of characteristic towns.This study on the characteristics of small town on the basis of the analysis and summary of the core concept,with 403 national characteristics of our country town as research object,and under the condition of its classification,using the nearest neighbor index,geographic concentration index and method of nuclear density and so on,all kinds of characteristic town spatial distribution type,degree of equilibrium,and carries on the quantitative characterization of concentrated areas,and use the geographic probe analysis the influence factors of spatial differentiation characteristics of different types in China town,the following main conclusions:(1)the characteristics of small town is a new type under the background of urbanization have certain resources endowment,formed the difficult to replicate the embeddedness of industry,the development factors together,help to promote the economic transformation and upgrading and promote reform of the supply side,and has reasonable population,planned area and construction area is different from administrative town and industrial park of platform for innovation.(2)According to the function and nature of characteristic towns,China's 403 characteristic towns can be divided into four categories: historical culture type,characteristic industry type,leisure tourism type and resource endowment type.(3)the Yangtze river delta region is an advantageous area for the construction of characteristic towns in China.All types of characteristic towns gather here,and their experience is worth learning for other provinces and cities.(4)the construction of characteristic towns in tianjin,Beijing,hebei and western guizhou can provide experience and reference for regions with rich leisure tourism resources;The construction of characteristic towns at the junction of sichuan and chongqing can provide reference for the construction of characteristic towns with rich leisure tourism resources and profound culture.The construction experience of characteristic towns in the pearl river delta and central shandong is worthy of regional reference with obvious industrial characteristics.(5)regional innovation ability and government investment are important factors for the cultivation and establishment of characteristic towns in China,and the abundance of regional resources is the key point for the cultivation and establishment of leisure tourism characteristic towns.In view of the above analysis results,this paper argues that the planning starting point of all types of small towns with characteristics should be high,and efforts should be made to plan pre-projects and make great efforts to promote the construction projects;establish benchmarks for the construction of various types of small towns with characteristics to guide the healthy development of small towns with characteristics;attract diversified participants to enhance the market vitality of small towns with characteristics;and increase investment in infrastructure within the regional scope of small towns with characteristics.Efforts should be made to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of characteristic towns,and the regions should adapt to local conditions so as to realize the steady development of characteristic towns.
