A large number of domestic and foreign research shows that, with the advent of the eraof knowledge economy and the ongoing reform and opening up, Chinese female’s social,economic, political and family status has undergone tremendous change, female entrepreneurs,female as a special group, becoming the hallmark of contemporary Chinese female’sdevelopment. Era of knowledge economy, new idea, new thinking is debuting a new model, inthe context of such change, values, leadership styles of female entrepreneurs, as well as theirability and quality, showing unparalleled gender advantage.Papers from this era’s most closely watched group of female entrepreneurs to examinethis group exclusively under the gender superiority of flexible management, is a kind oftheoretical perspectives attempt to expand, and is of positive significance. Fits female traits ofknowledge economy era, as female continue to enter the business sector, female’s leadershipteam has grown to study characteristics of female entrepreneurs, for female in all areas ofdevelopment plays a very important role.Law, qualitative analysis method using a literature review and case study analysis andother methods. First, described research background, review of studies on domestic andforeign scholars, research purpose, research and writing of the thesis framework andinnovation; secondly,on flexible management theory and related theories of femaleentrepreneurs in China provided a detailed introduction, so as to study chapters after you bestwishes; thirdly, analyzed the reasons for flexible management of female entrepreneurs. Fromthe psychological needs of female entrepreneurs, and the demand for flexible management inthe era of knowledge economy and analysis of commercial value of flexible management offemale;fourth, focuses on the analysis of flexibility management under the gender superiorityof female entrepreneurs. Use case analysis and qualitative analysis methods, pointing out thesix-point gender advantages of female entrepreneurs; finally, in order to ensure theeffectiveness of female entrepreneurs managing enterprise, has put forward five-point flexible management strategies, starting with the creation of flexible incentive mechanism, thereconciliation of family and life, create a flexible life, creating organizational structure ofenterprises and the construction of female female happiness these five presentations weregiven.Flexible management of female entrepreneurs use feminine successfully lead theirbusinesses, not only for the economic industry of new faces, and greatly to the economicdevelopment of the prominent contributions to society.
