China has become one of the countries with the longest working hours in the world,and the balance between work and life has become an important issue facing China.How to meet the needs of family,emotion,entertainment and leisure in spare time and improve the efficiency of employees has gradually attracted the attention of the theoretical and practical circles.Women bear multiple identities.How to achieve the "work-family balance" and alleviate the pressure of female employees has become a new challenge to the development of China's work-hour system.The original man-hour system has been unable to meet people's needs.Therefore,China urgently needs to find a way to fit flexible working system with female employees to make up for the shortcomings of traditional working hours system.In view of the above reasons,based on the methods of literature research,case analysis and comprehensive analysis,this paper introduces the current situation of the compatibility between flexible work system and female employees in China.At the same time,according to the national conditions,this paper analyses the obstacles faced at present,and explores the construction of flexible work system suitable for Chinese conditions and female employees on the basis of fully drawing lessons from the experience of foreign enterprises on the fit between female employees and flexible work system.Firstly,this paper systematically elaborates the related concepts and basic theories involved in flexible work system.This paper studies the feasibility and value of the compatibility between flexible work system and female employees in China.It analyses the feasibility from the macro aspects of the state,enterprises,families and female employees,and then discusses the value of flexible work system for female employees from four aspects: individual employees,families,enterprises and society.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of compatibility between flexible work system and female employees in China,then comprehensively analyses the obstacles faced and the main existing problems,which are mainly manifested in national policy,enterprise reform,family concept and gender discrimination.On the other hand,the paper also analyses the causes of the compatibility between flexible work system and female employees,which lays a solid foundation for the construction of a scientific path of compatibility between flexible work system and female employees.Thirdly,the flexible working system abroad has been in operation for many years and has more experience.The early implementation of flexible work system in foreign enterprises has achieved remarkable results,especially for female employees.There are many experiences that we can learn from.In this paper,two typical cases are selected to analyze the fit path between the flexible work system and female employees implemented by Ernst & Young Company and IBM Company,and summarize the enlightenment to our country.Finally,in order to support the construction of flexible work system and female employees,the following four suggestions are put forward: first,at the national level,we should improve the policies and regulations to regulate flexible work system,establish and improve the regulatory mechanism;second,at the enterprise level,we should redefine the work evaluation standards and strengthen the career planning of female employees;third,at the family level,we should promote the flexible work system.Fourthly,at the individual level of female employees,they should actively communicate with enterprises and improve their professional quality and working ability.
