In recent years, seasonal agricultural products around the "hard sell" events frequently occur, and the prices of agricultural products on the market is rising, the disconnect between supply and demand, combined with the frequent occurrence of food safety, this proposed the challenge to producers, retailers, government. Due to the agricultural product are the necessities of life, it has always been the focus of the research and attention from all walks of life, farmer-supermarket direct-purchase pattern is a kind of agricultural product circulation innovation, is to simplify the supply chain of agricultural products. Given starting from2008, in the government’s strong forces and active participation of retailers as well as the cooperative effort, this pattern has obtained certain achievement, many cities are also actively promoting experiment, from2009the supermarkets of Shanxi began to try out the farmer-supermarket direct-purchase, in2011the provincial government formally adopted various preferential policies to promote the circulation mode, the current research on farmers and focus on the implementation of the problems and solutions in the process of discussion, to the overall operation situation, and the factors affecting the development of partnership deepen no systematic analysis.This article mainly based on the practice of farmer-supermarket direct-purchase in Shanxi Province, through the theoretical level analysis farmer-supermarket direct-purchase, the empirical test came to the conclusion. In this paper, based on the theory of transaction cost theory, supply chain theory, on the basis of field research, using comparative analysis method, econometric analysis methods such as research methods, as the main line, with the development of the cooperative and surrounding the cooperative relationship with the supermarket development present situation, existing problems, and what affects their deepening development, how to improve the researches on the relations and other issues.This article first to redefine, farmers and from multiple perspectives analysis defines "farmers" to provide agricultural professional cooperatives, this also is this article’s research subject. Then the formation mechanism of the farmers and the supply chain, the material carrier of memory characteristics were analyzed, and the literature review and theoretical basis for reference to study and put forward affect farmers and cooperatives cooperative relation close degree of the influence factors, divided into the cooperative ability of cooperation and interaction, environmental support, profit and distribution four first-level indicators, Next is divided into14secondary indicators to measure the influence factors of cooperative relations. Through actual survey reflect appear in shanxi farmers and cooperatives of docking, general docking radius is shorter, concentrated in the local areas, fewer docking, straight for the proportion is not high, present the general degree of close cooperation, not reached the level of intensity. Through SPSS for econometric analysis to the influence factors of the cooperation, draw a returns or risk allocation fairness is most important, followed by income changes, communication frequency and effectiveness of the consistency, trust degree, trading habits, quality grade safety standards, and basic facilities, leader support, potential competition, influence degree is small, the last in the empirical analysis on the basis of the proposed reasonable incentive allocation mechanism, strengthen the competitiveness of the cooperative, strengthen interaction ability, etc. Corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
