VMI&TPL Supply Chain Coordination Under Emergency Disturbance

Analyzed the relevant theories of VMI&TPL supplychain coordination in detail; secondly, compared the income of each node enterprises onsupply chain, and established a buy-back contract model. analyzed the different patternsof supply chain’s evolution stable strategy using the evolutionary game theory method;Thirdly, considering the change in demand of supply chain due to the emergency effect,modified the wholesale price on the basis of the original model, which made the newbuy-back contract model has emergency resistance; Finally, combined with an instanceof Hebei meishilin company, optimized the supply chain’s buy-back contract model,redistributed the income between each node enterprises in supply chain, achievedsupply chain coordination.
