Research On Combined Contract Coordination Strategy Of Multistage Supply Chain Under The Market Disturbance

In recent years,the frequent occurrence of unexpected events has brought many disruptions into the market.Such as natural disasters,public health incidents and social safety incidents,these disruptions are so devastating that not only cause a serious threat to social order and stability,but also to the normal operation of enterprises.It has brought great distress,wherein the supply chain system as the main battlefield of the enterprise market competition in the new environment,its stability is also facing serious challenges.Therefore,it is imperative to find out how to achieve coordinated through effective coordination mechanisms under the market disruptions.So find a solution to reduce the loss of the supply chain caused by the disruption.In this paper,we do a research to find out the coordination strategies of joint contact under the market disruption situation,in which the supply chain is consist of a manufacturer,a distributor and a retailer.Firstly,the relevant current research are described respectively from the starting point of coordinated approach,coordinated objects and the type of disruption.And introduce the relevant supply chain management theory and the theory of market disruption.Then,the coordinated condition for the supply chain to achieve a coordinated situation was analyzed from a profit point of view.And a single quantity flexibility contract and a revenue sharing contract had been analyzed,so proposed and analyzed the combined contract of quantity flexibility contract and revenue sharing contract.The combined contract provides theoretical tools for the multi-level supply chain system under market disruption.Further,based on the analysis of contract coordination of the supply chain,the decision was analyzed respectively from three kinds of disruptions,which refers to the change of account market demand,the change of production costs and the changes both of market demand and production costs.Then a appropriate policy coordination contract was developed in order to respond to different types of disruptions andprovides an important reference to the multi-level supply chain system.Finally,an example of the feasibility of a joint contract model was verified,it proved the effectiveness of the policy coordination of the joint contract.
