Emergency Coordination Of Short Cycle Product Dual Channel Supply Chain Based On Multi-factor Disturbance

With the rapid growth of E-Commerce and Internet,more and more suppliers utilize both the traditional channel and Internet channel to sell their products.In this case,consumers can have more choise when shopping,manufacturers can have a greater sales volume and It can bring more profits to the supply chain.Meanwhile the conflict between Online and Offline and difficulty of realizing coordination of dual channel supply chain.In the modern society,the supply chain environment is more and more complex and full of uncertainties.The dual-channel suppy chain stability is more fragile due to the price competition between the supply chain channels.Conflicts may arise between members or the relationship rupture may occurred.It will lead to that supply chain cannot be coordinated to optimal.It is not conducive to long-term and stable development.This article studies from the following two aspects:First part: This part studies a fruit and vegetable products supply chain consisting a producer and two kinds of distribution channels which are online and offline marketing in consideration of the wastage of fruit and vegetable during the transportation.The influence of disruptions on the modes of supply chain is discussed when demand,the price sensitive coefficient and transportation of product are fluctuated simultaneously because of disruptions.And present that the supply chain can be coordinated by adjusting the price and program of production.Second part: This part studies the optimal solution in concentrated and decentralized chain which uses statberg game under the influence of disruptions in supply chain,considering retailers using promotions.Cost sharing and revenue sharing contract is proposed on the basis of the wholesale price contract.The dual-channel suppy chain can be better coordinated when demand,the cost of production and efforts to factor are fluctuated.Finally,the proposed models are further analyzed through numerical examples.
